S2S offers refunds only for digital products that are not delivered or are proven to be invalid or non-functional and cannot be resolved by our support team. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and must include the order ID and relevant proof. Once a game key or digital account has been delivered, activated, used, or linked, the product becomes non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect platform or region selection, change of mind, lack of system requirements, internet issues, or violation of usage instructions. Account-based products are strictly non-refundable after delivery. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment provider. S2S reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
